Commercial carpet vs residential carpet
Commercial carpet is built for traffic — denser face weight, tighter construction and backing rated for rolling chairs and foot traffic. It's the product that belongs in an office, not a plush residential carpet that will flatten in a year under a chair mat.
Carpet tile — the flexible option
Carpet tile is our most-recommended commercial product because a damaged or stained tile is replaced without re-carpeting the room. It also tolerates access to floor boxes and wiring, and installs with minimal disruption in occupied spaces.
Broadloom commercial carpet
For a more uniform look in a reception area or showroom, commercial broadloom gives a seamless finish. We plan seam placement around traffic and lighting so joins stay invisible.
Scheduling around your business
Evening and weekend installation is available so a small business doesn't lose a working day. We'll talk through sequencing during the estimate.
Who this service is for
Small offices, medical and professional suites, retail spaces, salons, churches, classrooms and property managers turning over suites between tenants.
Installation process
We measure, confirm the product and layout, remove the old floor where needed, prep the subfloor or access floor, install with the correct adhesive or tack method, and finish transitions and base. Furniture moving can be arranged.
Warranty
Our installation workmanship carries a lifetime installation warranty. Commercial carpet materials carry the manufacturer's commercial warranty, which we'll review with you before you buy.
